The key responsibilities include:
? Manage salary surveys and review external competitiveness and internal responsibility comparisons
? Support the administration of the annual performance appraisal cycle.
? Do the manpower budgeting as well as conduct job analysis and evaluation studies
? Be actively involved in all compensations and related special projects, including the design, planning and implementation of various compensation and benefits initiatives to support the organization’s goals and objectives
? Play a key role in coordinating with other business units, and participate in cross-functional projects to meet organizational needs and changes.
Requirements
? At least 5 years of rewards experience, preferably in an MNC, have consult background is preferred
? Good degree from a reputable university
? Strategic thinking abilities balanced with good execution skills
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Meticulous and strong in numerical and IT skills
? A good team player who works well under pressure, and is adaptable to changes
? Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
