ARENA Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is having the following open position and is looking for talent people to join its structure.

* Assisting Merchandisers in daily work, monitor whole order process from order placement to delivery completed, including pre-shipment samples reviews, order documents checking, monitor production schedule and inspection status from vendors, input data in the system…etc.

* In order to ensure a good buying process, timely and complete deliveries to customers in Europe.

* Being able to communicate directly with buyers / coordinators from different European countries as well as collaboration with domestic factories & suppliers.

* Assisting Merchandisers to develop new business opportunities by helping sourcing new suppliers or products.

*协助商家进行日常工作，监控从下订单到完成交付的整个订单流程，包括装运前样品审查、订单文档检查、监控供应商的生产进度和检查状态，在系统中输入数据等。

*为确保良好的购物体验，请及时、完整地交付给欧洲客户。

*能够与欧洲不同国家的买家/协调员以及与国内工厂和供应商直接沟通。

*通过协助采购新产品或寻找新的供应商来发现新的商机。

Required skills:

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Photoshop).

• Holding University degree (at least CET-4 is a plus)

• Able to work independently, ready to work under pressure and overtime occasionally

• Self-motivated & organized, detail-oriented, efficient and team spirit, full of responsibility.

必备技能：

• 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
• 计算机能力（Word，Excel，Photoshop）。
• 拥有大学学历（至少CET-4）
• 能够独立工作、有良好的抗压能力、能适应偶尔的加班
• 上进心强、有条理、注重细节、工作效率高、具备团队合作精神、有责任心
