Senior Commercial Manager

Job Responsibility:
1. Fully responsible for the pre-commercial work of the project, such as bidding, service proposal, project quotation, etc.
2. contract negotiation, business negotiation
3. Work closely with project managers/team members to follow up on project milestones and participate in debriefing meetings
4. Communicate with client to ensure that clients’ requirements can be responded to in a timely manner
5. follow up on payments
6. Responsible for commercial administrative work, such as client reception, meeting, edit and translate of project design materials, and business meetings
7. Manager client information with ERP system
8. Promote business development and market promotion
9. With market strategies and plans, develop new client through various means such as industry associations and government channels
10. Research clients’ industry and market conditions, collect and analyze client needs, and formulate business growth strategies

Job Requirements
* Education:
Bachelor or above in business English, business management, architectural design or urban planning (has converted to commercial work), MBA and other related majors
* Working experience:
5-8 years of related experience in architectural design or related industries
* Proficient in English and Chinese
* Able to travel on business needs

工作职责
1. 全面负责项目的前期商务工作，如投标，服务提案书、项目报价等
2. 合同谈判，商务谈判
3. 与项目经理/团队成员紧密合作，跟进项目节点，参加汇报会议
4. 及时沟通客户需求，确保客户的要求能得到及时响应
5. 跟进付款情况，
6. 负责客户接待、会晤，项目设计资料的编辑、翻译，以及商务会议等商务行政工作
7. 使用公司ERP系统进行客户信息管理
8. 推进业务拓展和市场宣传工作
9. 结合市场策略和计划，通过行业协会、政府渠道等各种方式开拓新客户
10. 研究客户行业及市场状况，收集分析客户需求，制定业务增长策略

任职要求
* 专业背景：商务英语、商务管理、建筑设计或规划设计（已转为商务）、MBA等相关专业的学士或以上
* 行业经验：建筑设计或相关行业5-8年商务经验
* 语言要求：精通英语和汉语，听说读写流利
* 能根据业务需要出差
