1.使用ERP系统接收并创建订单，并下发订单给各个相应的供应商，跟踪供应商对订单的生产情况、交货期等，并及时汇报；

2.货物出运后， 准确在ERP系统中完成收货和出货流程；

3.负责出口清关资料的编制与发送，正确理解收到的客户文件，并按时反馈，及时汇报订单进程给客户；

4.协助完成产品开发各项工作，及时安排样品给工厂，与工厂充分沟通以确保工厂清楚地理解项目内容；

5.协助财务月度、年度对账及付款，并及时通知各供应商。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，国际贸易或英文相关专业；

2、有1-2年的相关工作经验，应届毕业生具有对应实习经验亦可；

3、熟悉贸易跟单操作流程，了解相关供应市场；

4、有ERP订单管理系统使用经验者优先；

5、具备较强的英语听说读写能力及电脑操作技巧。
