The job
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, mainland China, on a day to day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:
? Support team leader to better plan and execute business plan of BRM team.
? Develop Approved Employers by promoting Approved Employer programme to MNCs to enhance the recognition of ACCA in employer market.
? Support employers’ talent development by leveraging ACCA products, including ACCA qualification and other products.
? Work with team leader to develop and enlarge market share of ACCA in working adults market by promoting ACCA qualification and recruiting more working adults.
? Maintain the current client relationship and support the business development by organising various events for CFOs and finance professionals.
? Support ACCA students’ employability by leveraging employers network/resources, including arranging site tours to employers, developing internship bases, inviting employers to join mentorship programme, and delivering other initiatives.
? Support employers’ talents recruitment by better introducing job board, organising career fairs, and other talent recruitment initiatives


The person
We’re looking for someone who:
? has good interpersonal and presentation skill
? is confident and good at communicating with all level customers/colleagues
? is a fast learner with curiosity and passionate
? 3-5 years sales/business development /event management experience
? with strong customer oriented background
? Previous experience in professional service /education/IT solution related industry will be preferred.
? Experience in handling multi-task and good at time management
