Requirements/要求：
Graduated from a vocational technical schools or secondary schools, hose with relevant industry experience are preferred (engaged in fastener industry production, such as cold forming and rolling, sorting), from 20~40 years old;
职业技术学校或中专毕业，有相关行业经验者优先（从事紧固件行业生产，如冷镦加工、搓丝加工、筛选），年龄20~40岁；
? Have a certain ability of drawing reading;
具有一定的机械图纸阅读能力;
? Be good at self-learning, with strong operation skill;
善于自我学习，动手能力强；
? With strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, also be good at organizational and communication skills;
具有较强责任心和团队精神，具有良好的组织和沟通能力；
? Comply with laws and regulations, abide by the company’s rules and regulations;
遵纪守法，遵守公司的各项规章制度；

Responsibility/职责：
1、Fastener manufacturing 紧固件加工：
? Tooling installation and adjustment;
模具的安装和调试
? Cold forming and rolling machine operation;
冷镦机和搓丝机操作；
? Self-inspection according to control plan;
根据产品的控制计划进行自检；
2、Fastener sorting紧固件筛选：
? Setting the sorting program & parameters;
编制筛选程序和设置筛选参数；
? Validate the soring result according to sorting instruction;
根据筛选作业指导书，对于筛选结果进行验证；
? Packaging & manual sorting;
包装&手工筛选；
3、Others 其他
? Clean and maintain the machine according to corresponding requirements periodically;
根据设备点检保养计划，对设备进行清洁和保养维护；
? Complete other temporary task which assigned by leader;
完成领导交付的其他临时任务；
