Responsibilities:
'- Build and check PPAP report
- Define quality control plan, inspection tooling and Build the quality folder
- Lead FMEA meetings and follow up FMEA action plan
- Verify the conformity of new samples and participate to new process/machine validation
- follow problem solving for new parts and Lead qualification of the parts
- Define sorting process according to customer’s and internal demand
- Support sorting department for automatic sorting machine problem solving
- Manage the new sorting machine investment, technical requirement, supplier planning, validation of the machine and training etc.
Requirements:
- Engineering or Science Bachelor
- Mechanical basic knowledge
- PPAP/APQP/MSA/SPC/FMEA
- 2D/3D design tool
Location: Huaxin Town in Qingpu District.
