Main Purpose of the Job:
This position will help to lead the existing environment team in China, working as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team. The role will be to work closely with internal and external clients on all aspects of our environment projects delivering high quality products on time and on budget. This position promotes a culture of ‘Safety First’, and ensures H&S Regulations and internal policies are adhered to in day-to-day work; working in a safe manner and challenging co-workers, including non ARCADIS staff, if actions appear unsafe. Expected to provide on the job technical training to junior staff regarding key technical services (such as environmental health & safety regulations, contaminated land, remediation, environmental science, waste water treatment, etc) will be an advantage. Lead support regarding the development of proposals, reporting, and client interaction with the guidance from Principal and Directors as required. Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
- Gaining experience and proficiency in Arcadis systems and procedures. This will include keeping up to date with relevant Environmental Legislation, Policy and Guidance etc; 积累经验，熟悉凯谛思系统与规程，培养技能与基础知识，包括了解最新相关环境立法、政策与指导等
- Becoming familiar with Arcadis’ safety procedures to promote a culture of Safety First and ensuring H&S issues are adhered to in your day to day role; 熟悉凯谛思安全规程，提倡“安全***”文化并确保在日常工作中遵守H&S条例
- Build project teams that can collect and analyse data effectively and undertaking desk-based studies and site visits and site-based works, when required; 组建项目团队，有效收集分析数据、研究，按要求前往工地考察、工作
- Lead Phase I and Phase II Assessments; including undertaking site investigations, soil and rock logging, soil and groundwater sampling and in situ testing; 领导I期、II期评估，包括现场调查，土壤、岩石记录，土壤、地下水取样及现场试验
- Completing project documents to the high standard Arcadis requires in accordance with project timescales and budget, client requirements as well as national standards and codes of practice and supporting senior colleagues as and when required. 根据项目工期、预算、客户需求及国家标准、行业规范，完成项目文件，符合高标准的凯谛思格式，并按要求支持资深同事工作

- Strong knowledge of China Environmental Legislation 具备扎实的中国环境立法知识
- Strong knowledge of Environmental Assessment (Phase II) in the China. 具备扎实的中国环境评估（II期）知识
- > 6 years but < 9 years work experience in Environmental Consultancy 6~9年环境咨询工作经验
- Led Phase I/II projects in the field and associated reporting 实地领导I/II阶段项目，进行相关报告
- Lead EH&S audit programs 领导EH&S审计工作
- Knowledge of remediation design and wastewater treatment processes 具备修复设计与污水处理过程的相关知识
- Bachelor degree in an Environmental Science or Engineering (or similar subject) 环境科学、工程（或相似专业）本科学历
- Advanced computer skills 掌握高级计算机技能
Desirable
- Master degree in an Environmental Science or Engineering (or similar subject). 环境科学、工程（或相似专业）硕士学历
- Project management experience 项目管理经验
