Responsibilities/Tasks ? Formulate and implement holistic operation strategy and roadmap of the platform and its target audiences;
? Design innovative and gamified framework to achieve continuous growth and effective retention of users;
? Apply life-cycle management methodology to keep enlarging users pools;
? Creatively plan for the online and offline events to get users, Porsche dealers and other partners' engagement;
? Closely monitor day-to-day business data, analyze user behaviors and needs, and continually optimize user experience/business results with a data-driven mindset.
? Apply project management skills to identify and deliver all the initiatives by schedule with high quality.
? Work closely with cross functions to achieve better business result.
Expertise Requested
? Knowledge or experience in next-generation virtual domains, such as NFT, Web3, AR/VR.
? Strategic thinking skills: past experience in learning and turning around an e-Commerce platform.
? The ability to be highly proactive and creative in nature.
Bachelor degree or above, and overseas experience.
5+ years professional experience in user operation, product operation, campaign and analytical experience, have successful cases
Previous experience on a world-class online platform is a must; and operation experience in a vertical industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
