职位描述
Purpose of position
Manage Quality within a Business Unit and ensure top quality for customers.
Manage Risks and drive implementation of Preventive actions throughout the Value Chain.
Manage Supplier Quality and drive supplier Development plans incl. audits and follow-ups.
Lead and Develop future top quality managers.
Responsibilities
Improve the Quality System with the Business Unit and HILTI to form the future of HILTI quality.
Risk Management from project definition phase, through development phase, launch and phase out.
Perform supplier rating, audits and improvement activities
Support quality management in the Market Organizations (regional companies).
Monitor pro-actively product quality in the market including root-causes.
Ensure effective handling of customer complaints or quality issues.
Develop, coach and support team members.
Resume responsibility for annual quality BU business target achievement to achieve outstanding results.
Track business improvements in risk avoidance and quality figures and set ambitious quality targets.
Achieve annually an quantifiable improvement to HILTI quality system.
Experience & Qualifications
Excellent advanced degree from a renown technical or business University.
6-8 years working experience not only in quality but also in operative or business leading functions.
Disciplinary leadership experience required ideally including international locations.
Excellent conceptional and strategic thinking ability. Consulting background beneficial.
Highly skilled in stakeholder management incl. top management and influencing without leading.
Good economic knowledge and understanding of business correlations of costs, risks and impact.
Basic knowledge of legal and contract aspects of quality, warranty and liability.
Good moderation and communication skills.
Solid in quality and risk management methods and efficient risk mitigation management.
Self-sufficient in problem analysis and drive for results.
Very good ability to develop concepts for prevention, improvements on the product, system, process or organizational level.
Familiar with supplier development and quality assurance and able to perform supplier evaluation audits.
Good understanding of manufacturing technologies.
Fluent in English (oral and written), German beneficial.
