JOB MISSIONR
Responsible for daily operations of a shop including sales, customer service, stock inventory, expense control, training and people development to ensure customer experience, maximize sales, productivity and profitability.
负责店铺日常营运,包括销售、客户服务、库存管理、费用控制、员工培训和发展,确保店铺高效运营,***化客户满意度,销售业绩和销售利润。
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure shop’s shopping environment, keep clean and tidy condition, ensure visual merchandising meets and presents brand image all the time.
确保整个店铺购物环境的整洁卫生,确保货品陈列整齐有序,维护好店铺形象
- Set sales target and work performance goals on weekly, monthly and yearly basis for shop
设定销售业绩指标和工作目标,以每周、每月和每年的基础的分析
- Motivate and lead team to reach sales target and KPI goals
激励并带领团队达成销售指标和绩效指标
- To build up and maintain VIP customers and club members, owns good CRM management.
建立和维护VIP客户及俱乐部会员,良好的顾客关系管理
- Consistently maintain highest degree of customer service to guaranty customer's loyalty
始终保持良好的服务来维系每一位顾客
- Well know about best sellers and slow moving items in shop, proactively communicate with Merchandising department for stock transfer in/out to boost highest sales and ST performance,
- 了解店铺货品的畅销和滞销情况;主动与商品部沟通,协调货品的运转、调拨;
- Complete daily (monthly) stock-take, responsible for stock loss prevention and stock analysis
完成每日(每月)货品盘点及防止货物损失并做好库存分析
- Responsible for shop staff recruitment, offer daily coaching and staff performance evaluation
店铺员工的招聘,提供日常指导和进行员工绩效考核
- Well assign work in efficiency and minimize staff OT. Set up weekly monthly and quarterly working plan. Arrange staff's working schedule, manage staff’s attendance and leave application, etc
有效地分配工作,最小化员工的加班时间。设立每周、每月、每季度的工作计划,安排好员工的排班,负责员工出勤和假期管理
- training for shop staff in briefing when shop is in low traffic (product training, role play and MOI training) to enhances staff’s selling techniques
适时安排对员工进行简要的培训,如产品知识、角色扮演、MOI训练等,以提高员工的销售技巧
- Ensure staff grooming standard to meet company requirement all the time and keep brand image
确保员工仪容仪表始终符合公司要求,保持品牌形象
- Keep awareness of market trends in this industry, understanding customer needs and observing competitor's commercial activities
把握行业动向,了解客户需求,观察竞争对手动态
- Daily briefing and monthly meeting in shop, to recap and deliver timely information to shop staff and ensure shop daily operation work smoothly and follow company policy.
每日/每月组织店铺例会,向员工传达实时信息,确保店铺每日的正常运营并符合公司规定
- Assist in shop commercial event,setup and maintain good relationship with landlord
协助店铺商业活动, 与商场物业建立良好联系
- Customer complaint handling
客诉处理
- Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization
公司内部构建跨部门的联系
- Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 6-8 years sales experience in fashion retail industry, international luxury brand experience is a plus
6-8年以上时装零售经验,具备国际奢侈品牌经验者优先考虑
- At least 3 years team leading experience and with rich people management practice.
至少3年团队管理经验并有丰富的人员管理经历
- Proficiency in computer operation
良好的计算机操作能力
