1.Prepare analysis and interpret data and information in own area of expertise to support decision making and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, programs and practices.

2. Provide managers with advise and recommendations for actions on topics related to own area of expertise and support managers in people-related decision making.

3. Contribute to or manage assigned development projects, programs and assignments.

4. Interact with external stakeholders to ensure the organization receives agreed standards of service.

5. Delivery HR related activities including but not limited in staffing, payroll and compensation, employee relations, and other routine HR operational tasks.

6. Liaise with global SC HR and local stakeholders to ensure the daily process and practices are in line with company policy as well as local laws/regulations in Shanghai Sourcing office.

7. Ad-hoc HR tasks to be assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
1. Education and Training: a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business, public administration, or in related fields. Certification from professional human resources or psychology is a plus

2. Attention to Details: monitor work operations to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws

3. Interpersonal Skill: able to explain the regulations/policies to stakeholders; work with hiring managers and other recruit personnel to meet both expectations; able to solve the conflicts in challenging situation

4. Communication Skill: proficient in interacting with supervisors, stakeholders, external partners and candidates

5. Typical experience needed: > 3 years in Human Resources generalist role in multi-national companies
