项目采购管理：按新项目成本和时间目标协调相关研发团队，物料组采购工程师和SQE，共同确保项目及时SOP；
物料组采购管理：落实物料采购端的供应商选择，价格谈判，项目跟踪协调，供应商ECR；供应商合同及产能管理。
Project procurement management: According to cost and time target of new project, coordinate Engineering team,
purchasing engineer of material group and SQE to ensure the project in SOP.
Purchasing management material group: Implement supplier selection, price negotiation, project
follow up and coordination, ECR of suppliers; supplier contract and capacity management.

岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 熟悉所负责物料组的市场信息和价格变化趋势。
Familiar with market information and price trend of the responsible material team.
- 编制所负责物料组供应商的采购预算，并跟踪回顾、偏差分析、及时调整。
Establish procurement budget of the responsible material group, and review, analyse deviation, promptly adjust
the budget.
- 供应商开发\选择\评估，项目跟踪，产能协调，价格谈判，合同管理，在商务上配合SDE索赔。
Responsible for supplier development/selection/assessment, project follow up, capacity coordination, price
negotiation and contract management; coordinate SDE with claims for compensation.
- 确保SAP数据的准确性。
Ensure the accuracy of SAP data.
- 持续优化采购成本;跟踪物料组供应商成本优化目标的执行情况。
Continuously optimize purchasing cost. Follow up target implementation of cost saving.
- 有责任按照公司各项程序文件和管理规定要求开展工作。
Have a responsibility to carry out work in accordance with company's procedures and rules.
- 工作中出现偏差或违反规定的现象应及时采取有效措施并同时向上级反映。
Promptly take effective measures when deviation or deregulation is found, meanwhile report to the superior.
- 确保将公司的ISO14000和OHSAS18000中相关要求被确切传递到涉及的供应商。
Ensure relevant requirements of ISO14001&OHSAS18001 to be exactly transferred to involved suppliers.
- 完成部门经理交办的临时任务。
Other tasks as assigned.
岗位资格/Qualification：
- 教育背景：本科或以上学历，英语六级。
Education background: Bachelor degree or above, CET 6.
- 工作经历：3年以上汽车行业采购相关经历。
Work experience: More than 3 years procurement-related experience in automotive industry.
- 技能及个性特征：国际贸易实务，谈判能力，交流沟通能力、解决问题的有效思维方法、团队合作、团队工作
方法。SAP、各类计算机办公软件，网络及电子邮件运用。
Skills and Personality: Practical international trade knowledge, negotiation skills, communication skills,
effective thinking way of problem solving, teamwork. Application of SAP, office software and e-mail.
