职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Schedule update based on vessel movement
2. Booking confirmation to customer service team with all relevant BOOKING doc
3. Cargo tracing with all customers
4. Co-ordinate with Doc team for B/L contents
5. LA2 for all shipment together with service contract filing in the system
6. Auto rating system checking
7. Response overseas customers inquire ( POL)
8. Co-ordinate with sales to make forecast
9. Coordinate with operation manager to communicate with client for any loading damage and accident settlement
10. Assist sales to settle the O/F payment
Requirements:
1. University degree or above
2. More than 1 years sales coordinator/CSR experience in shipping industry
3. Proficient skills in written and oral Chinese and English
4. Good experience in use of relevant IT office application
5. Self-confidence and appropriate appearance and ability to make clear statements/presentations
