Deliver quality IT solution and IT services for corporate business domains to support business improvement, stable operation and achieve business success together with business partners.
为公司运营相关业务部门提供高质量的IT解决方案及IT服务,支持业务改善,达成业务目标。
Business Partner & Demand Management
1. Act as a liaison between IT and Product Development, CSCQ, Purchasing, BPO&PR, Compliance business domains to ensure IT is seen as an effective partner and enabler by identifying factors critical to business success and operational effectiveness.
2. Understand the direction for IT enterprise architecture and how it aligns to business trends in supporting current and future business needs and workout and align IT planning, roadmaps with business related departments
3. Manage IT demands and portfolios including solution design, prioritizing, and ensure projects investment align with IT and business strategies, goals and objectives
4. Technical solution design or coordinate correct resource to design detail solution based on CJLR existing platforms or find potential technical solutions to realize the demand. Define RFP, SOW and TA assessment criteria’s to assess different technical solutions and initiate internal IT demand process to get business demand approved.
Project & Change Delivery
1. Work as project manager to delivery change/new demand for related business domain. Ensure project delivery within the right cost, timing and scope, meet project delivery KPI designed by CJLR PMO.
2. Using project management skill/tools to manage project, based on good understanding of CJLR's project delivery methodology and project management process. Lead project team to delivery project deliverables including documents and related internal process control documents based on PMO's requirement.
3. For changes of the existing service, responsible for change management, technical delivery and related deliverables based on CJLR internal change management process.
Product Development, CSCQ,Purchasing, BPO&PR, Compliance Domain IT Application Management
1. Manage CJLR Product Development, CSCQ, Purchasing, BPO&PR, Compliance related IT Applications (inch Enova SRM, Supplier Portals, Enova PDM, and other applications for related business departments) architecture and technical planning to ensure align with the right technical trend and support CJLR IT policy
2. Act as Solution Architecture of CJLR Product Development, CSCQ, Purchasing, BPO&PR, Compliance domain applications to provide technical guidance on related solution designs as well as manage technical principles and regulations for CJLR Product Development, CSCQ, Purchasing,BPO&PR, Compliance domain applications
3. Manage change impacts to current technical architecture to ensure service stability. Capability planning and performance tuning and coordinate internal resource to delivery all resource requirements. For in house managed systems, set up daily maintenance check list and technical deployment operation standard to guide daily technical maintenance work.
4. Follow ITIL and CJLR operation process to manage incidents and customer request/issue handling as well as problem and continues improvement for CJLR Product Development, CSCQ, Purchasing,BPO&PR, Compliance domain applications to ensure SLA/OLA and delivery good service to all business users. For in-house platforms, lead related resource to handed service tickets, change requests, daily maintenance, system change deployment and system testing in house according to check list, deployment process and related technical standards.
5. Service continuous improvement by keep monitor service delivery status, ticket handling and coordinate other related IT services, and also manage customer satisfaction/expectations and workout improvement plans and delivery.
6.Business process monitor and system operation monitor to make sure stable system operating and find issue and problems in advance, and continuous improve system operation to achieve high efficiency.
7. Vendor Management covering contract management, performance management of project vendors and AMS service delivery vendors
8. Other tasks assigned by IT management team.
业务伙伴及需求管理
1.作为IT与业务部门(包含产品研发,客户满意与质量,采购,业务规划及公共关系,合规等)的桥梁,识别业务成功的关键因素,并给与相应的IT支持, 确保业务稳定运营及效率提升。
2.理解CJLR IT的系统架构以及业务发展趋势,与业务一起制定IT规划,系统实施路线图等以支持现状及未来的业务成长及需求。
3.管理业务部门的IT需求,包含解决方案的设计,需求优先级的管理,并确保相关的IT投资价值***化并能够实现业务目标。
4.针对业务部门的IT需求,制定技术解决方案,对于复杂需求,协调各方资源研究确定各种解决方案,并制定相关的评估标准进行评估, 以确保业务目标的达成。 制定RFP,SOW,领导技术方案评估等相关IT流程,以确保实现业务需求。
项目管理
1. 作为项目经理负责管理并交付相关业务领域的变更或新需求。确保项目在既定范围内按时保质地交付, 并确保项目运行达成CJLR PMO制定的项目KPI。
2. 掌握CJLR项目管理方法论,熟悉相关管理流程,运用项目管理技术和工具管理项目,达成交付要求, 包含项目文档,内部管控文件,及其他PMO定义项目交付物,达成交付要求。
3. 对于已经运营的IT服务,负责变更管理,技术实施,并按照CJLR内部变更管理要求完成交付。
产品开发,客户满意与质量,采购,业务规划及公共关系,合规等领域IT应用的管理及运维
1.管理CJLR 产品开发,客户满意与质量,采购,业务规划及公共关系,合规等领域的相关系统应用平台(包含 Enova SRM, Supplier Portals, Enova PDM 等其他相关业务领域使用的工具及应用)的技术架构及技术规划,确保与技术趋势和CJLR IT相关的Policy及架构要求相符合。
2.作为采购相关平台的SA,制定相关的技术标准及解决方案标准,为采购领域的变更及系统建设提供依据。
3.管理并管控对现有架构的变更的技术影响,以确保相关系统的稳定运营。 制定系统平台的容量规划,系统性能的调优,并根据规划协调内部资源达成资源的交付。 对于内部管理的系统,制定日常维护的检查清单及标准,按照内部管理要求进行日常运维及系统技术部署。
4. 使用ITIL及CJLR运维流程等工具,管理对所辖系统应用的问题解决,日常客户需求的处理以及问题管理,并确保SLA和OLA的达成,并提供长期解决方案及预防措施。 对于内部管理的相关应用及系统平台,带领内部资源处理系统问题,服务请求,日常变更,日常系统维护,系统测试,变更部署等工作, 并确保达成内部运维管理的SLA及KPI要求。
5.对业务流程和系统运行进行监控,以确保系统稳定运行,并及时发现问题和故障, 同时持续改进运维流程以保持系统高效率运行。
6.通过持续改善系统功能,提升用户体验,通过线上线下培训等多样的推广手段持续向全公司推广协同平台相关应用,以确保高使用率,提升员工协同效率。
7.管理相关业务部门及相关应用的项目交付文档及相关系统管理文档
8.标准化作业文件管理
9.负责相关项目实施供应商及日常运维AMS供应商的合同及绩效管理
10.IT管理团队分配的其他相关工作
1. Examples of Knowledge: Experience in project or service delivery for Enterprise Application/System, including Enova SRM, Supplier Portals, Enova PDM etc. Experience in Enova SRM, Supplier Portals, Enova PDM Platform is preferred.
2. Example of Skills: Strong Project Management Skill, Demand Management Sill, and communication & presentation skill. Excellent analytics and process improvement skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
3. Examples of Related Experiences: 8-year plus IT related work experience. IT Project Management and Solution Architecture experience is preferred.
4. Examples of Behavioral Criteria: Able to learn quickly and be flexible with working arrangements including overtime where required. The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives. Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meet deadlines.
