1、岗位职责：

（1）负责组织财务管理与制度建设工作，优化工作流程管理体系，审核、完善配套规章制度；

（2）负责组织安排年度预算编制，综合总部价值管理与部门投资组合管理形成良性互动的预算循环，深入贯彻公司预算目标、充分挖掘收益提升潜能；

（3）负责组织完成年度决算审计，通过对各类财务报表、投资项目的分析等，为经营层提供决策支持；

（4）负责组织投资项目估值审核、年度估值相关工作，具体包括但不限于：项目投前的估值审核，项目投后的定期估值审核；

（5）负责组织公司融资、资金管理与运作，提升公司资金效率和杠杆效益；

（4）负责加强投资项目的税收筹划方案的管理，动态跟进，确保有效税务筹划方案的落实；

2、任职资格：

（1）硕士及以上学历，会计、审计、金融、工商管理等相关专业，有CPA/ACCA/CFA等证书优先；

（2）12年以上财务会计相关工作经验（其中投资或相关行业经验不少于5年），5年以上相关管理经验，有四大会计师事务所估值、财务尽调、投资公司审计、资本运作经验的优先；

（3）熟练掌握IFRS、中国会计准则、税务知识，有较强的财务管理、财务分析能力；

（4）较好的英文书面表达能力；

（5）工作认真、严谨。
