Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the hiring delivery from screening to successfully onboarding in assigned territory/BU, compliance with the recruiting process and guideline and be accountable for data accuracy in the entire recruiting process

- Balanced usage on sourcing channels to meet the KPI including but not limited to: lead time, hiring cost, hire volume, monitor the ongoing hiring cases with progress in healthy cadence.

- Mapping out local talents and keep a good accumulation into talent pool, build up network in talent market for pipeline preparation, passionate to reactive passive candidates.

- Partner with HRBP for hiring forecast and contributes valuable inputs in candidate selection, offer negotiation and hiring promotion.

- Participate in campus hiring program and other recruitment programs, take other assignments per requirement.

Requirements：

1.    Bachelor degree or above

2.    2+ years full cycle talent acquisition experience with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment

3.    A depth understand of Marketing and Communication Industry (e.g. Advertising, PR, digital, data, Media) , or previous experience in Software/Internet/IT Consulting industry is a plus

4.    Strong research, sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills

5.    Passion for and significant experience in building strategic candidate pipelines

6.    Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and stakeholders through the provision of solid market insights

7.    Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure

8.    Good command of written and oral English
