完成企业境内外并购重组项目、Pre-IPO、海外投资税务架构搭建及海外税收筹划和落地服务、投资全流程税务服务。

为企业投融资活动、资本运作中的税务筹划和税务优惠待遇进行协调与争取。

中国企业海外投资税务合规分析。

海外上市过程中员工持股计划及股权激励计划的税务服务。

任职资格：

统招本科以上学历，有税务师资格证书优先考虑

5年以上相关税务工作，熟悉跨境投融资全流程税务操作

英文听说读写流利
