Job Summary：
- Develop potential tenants, leasing negotiations and signing up of the lease contracts; tenants management and relationship maintenance.
KPIs: Number of leasing contracts, Number of developing new tenants

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts for the new stores according to country / city expansion strategy.
- Conduct negotiation with Tenants.
- Conclude and sign the leasing contracts, to support all matters related to leasing and the setting up of a new store sublease.
- Formulating and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio.
- Support Leasing Manager to coordinate with internal team on all matters related to the leasing of the sublease.
- Involving in lease management and maintain relationship with existent accounts.
- Other tasks assigned by line.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Business Management and /or related subjects

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of leasing experience in retail or FMCG related industry
- Having a sound understanding of commercial real estate and practicing in commercial leasing field

Skills and Competencies:
- Good commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Be mature and self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
- Ability to coordinate activities amongst various parties
- Good problem solving and negotiation skill
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
- Willing to travel.
