Job Title: Account Manager (Operations, Night Shift)
Location: Shanghai, China

Description:

The Account Manager, Operations is responsible for meeting the daily deliverables of the client and other Citco office’s Service Level Agreement. The Account Manager will lead a team that require a comprehensive understanding of trading, positions and cash reconciliation processes with prime brokers and counterparties. The successful candidate will have the ability to follow manage work processes and interact with high profile clients. Must have an in-depth understanding of complex financial instruments. Supervising and evaluating the work of subordinates.

Your most important tasks and responsibilities are:

1. Production of daily operational deliverables in line client service level agreements

2. Planning workflow, reviewing and signing off on work performed by staff in the account including the final review of Daily/Weekly/ Monthly reconciliations.

3. Producing weekly/monthly management reports.

4. Performing analysis on production hours; capacity and productivity

5. Applying all pricing procedures as applied to all funds

6. Assist in month end package preparation

7. Participating in and leading projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business

8. Coordinate and achieve team goals.

9. Supervising, guiding, coaching, training, interviewing and evaluating staff.

10. Break resolution for all open items with the brokers or clients may be defined from time to time

11. Updating Security Master File information

12. Updating OTC master agreements and confirmations

13. Verifying Corporate Actions reporting for all funds

14. Support the conversion of all new clients

15. Provide training to new staff members

16. Assist in checking test results for all in house system enhancements

17. Work with clients/ other Citco Offices and Operations Support to resolve any open issues.

18. Support Operations VP in rolling out new operational processes.

You will have the following background and competences:

1. Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, economics or professional accounting designation (CFA, CIMA, CPA, ACCA);

2. 5 - 7 Years in Financial Services with an exposure to P&L Reporting or Operations processing

3. Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.

4. Strong Customer Relationship skills

5. Knowledge of Hedge or Mutual Funds

6. Strong Management and Risk Control skills

基金运营经理负责根据公司或Citco的其他子公司与客户签署之服务合同的具体要求完成每日客户报告。基金运营经理将领导一个对主要经纪商以及交易对手方的交易、头寸、现金核对的流程有全面了解的团队。一个合格的基金运营经理应遵循管理工作流程，同时要求有较强的客户交流能力。基金运营经理应对复杂的金融工具有深入的了解, 监督管理下属工作。

主要工作内容、职责如下：

1. 根据客户服务合同的规范要求，按时、按质完成并审查每日客户报告

2. 规划工作流程，审查并签署员工的每日/每周/每月交易核对报告

3. 完成每周/每月的工作分析报告

4. 工作时间分配，能效分析

5. 确认客户基金采用正确的定价方案

6. 协助业务相关部门月末报告的准备

7. 参与并主导因公司扩大及发展业务需要而实施的项目

8. 协调和实现团队目标

9. 监督、指导、培训员工，参与面试，并评估员工的工作绩效

10. 时时与主要经纪商或客户共同处理日常交易过程中的需解决的交易误差

11. 更新证券数据库信息

12. 更新衍生品（OTC）交易合同

13. 审核下属处理公司行为所引发的基金持仓、现金、数据库信息等变化的完成情况

14. 协调新客户数据库转换更新

15. 培训新员工

16. 协助检验内部系统升级的测试结果

17. 与Citco其他公司、客户和运营支持部门共同处理需要解决的问题

18. 支持上级主管实施新的业务流程

岗位要求：

1. 会计，金融，经济专业本科或研究生以上学历，有相关从业资格证书者优先（CFA, CIMA, CPA, ACCA）

2. 有5-7年基金运营或者基金盈亏计算工作经验

3. 具有较强金融产品知识背景，熟悉国际国内以及OTC 市场，对固定收益产品以及衍生品有一定了解

4. 较强的客户 关系管理能力

5. 对对冲基金，共同基金有一定了解

6. 较强的管理及风险控制能力
