1. Conduct monitoring and initial audits.

    执行跟踪审核和初审。

2. Provide a timely response to corrective actions proposed by NSF clients.

    根据NSF客户提供的整改措施提供及时反馈。

3. Develop cost effective work plans for the completion of assigned audits.

    按照经济节约的工作计划完成所安排的审核。

4. Conduct special visits to investigate product failures and verify the implementation of corrective actions taken by NSF clients.

    执行特别调查以验证产品失败（的原因）并核对客户的整改措施。 

5. Develop business by responding to inquiries, conducting introductory visits, conducting seminars, and attending conferences in support of NSF’s business units (as authorized).

    在客户咨询报价、审核、展会和参加研讨会的活动中支持NSF业务的发展。  

6. Support NSF’s business units by assisting clients in the identification of additional NSF services that may be beneficial (examples – new products for certification, test only services, quality system registration).

    协助客户认识NSF其他服务（例如新产品的认证、测试、质量体系注册）以支持NSF其他业务单元。  

7. Monitor and report client needs, service delivery issues, and competitive threats to management team.

    关注并报考客户的需求、（服务过程中）问题和对管理层的竞争威胁。

8. Investigate and resolve complaints.

    调查和处理投诉。

9. Establish and maintain effective communication with Program Representatives and Project Managers as it relates to assigned clients.

    根据所安排的审核建立和维护客户与项目管理部门的有效沟通渠道。

10. Perform other duties as requested.

    根据要求执行的其他职责。

职位要求： 

1. Must have Bachelor Degree or higher on Food Science or other food – related major.  

   必须具有食品科学或其他食品相关专业的本科以上学历 

2. Must have 5 Years or more auditing experience in Certification Body and three years quality management or relevant work experience in food factory. 

   必须有5年以上的认证公司审核经验，并具有三年以上食品企业质量管理或其他相关工作经验。  

3. MUST have been registered in CCAA as an Product Certification Inspector.  

   必须是CCAA（中国认证认可协会）注册检查员 

4. Prefer to have any qualification below:

   有以下资质的优先考虑：BRC Global Food Scheme/BRC Packaging Scheme/BRC Storage & Distribution Scheme/IFS Food/IFS Logistic/FSSC22000/SQF/And other GFSI recognized certificates

5. Fluent English especial written English, and mandarin

   流利的英语尤其是英语写作能力，和普通话

6. Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
