Key tasks and responsibilities

Serial development for Digital Assistant function

• Development for speech input functionality
• Development for smart recommendation functionality
• Development of cloud services for digital assistant
• Workout feasible technical architecture
• Workout function specification, align with different functions and suppliers, approval and release function specification
• Tracking the development process with different function responsible FOs and suppliers.
• Quality assurance of the feature development and delivery
• End to end responsibility of Asian digital assistant function.
• Tracking for bug fixing process and error management, and function quality
• Responsible for the function approval of owned functions and give final release to SOP.
• Ensure project delivery of the final SOP.

Project management

• Project planning and alignment with corresponding stakeholders (cPPT, cTT, LT, etc.)
• Budget planning and control, procurement activities
• Development planning based on agile process (SAFe)
• Regular alignments with stakeholders in ING to facilitate synergies in development topics
• Stakeholder management within component team to ensure the definition and implementation of functions.
• Supplier management to ensure the on-time and qualified feature development
• Function approval and release

Pre-development

• Benchmarking with competitors in the field of digital assistant
• Bring innovation ideas into our project
• Propose the function scope for the project
• Evaluate feasibility of the innovation topics
• Work out roadmap for the features
• Align with relevant stakeholders to validate the function scope

Qualification and skills

Education background:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree on computer science, electrical or automotive engineering or equivalent

Working experiences:

• At least 1-3 years in development of speech related projects
• At least 1-3years in the software project management experience (OEM or supplier)
• At least 1-3 years in Automotive infotainment development experience (OEM or supplier)

Technical / Professional skills:

• Knowledge and experience in infotainment system, Knowledge in Android automotive system or Linux system.
• Knowledge and experience in speech technology, especially in ASR, NLU, NLG etc.
• Knowledge of dialog management in speech interaction for vehicle use case design.
• Knowledge in product design and function definition in intelligent cockpit/ Infotainment system/connect service area.
• Knowledge of vehicle connect service related technical area: In vehicle electric/electronic system basic; Vehicle bus network basic knowledge; Telecommunication basic
• Knowledge in SW development (C++, JAVA or Python).
• Experience working in an Agile development environment (Jira, confluence)
• Software development quality methodologies such as design review, code review, continuous integration, regression testing and code/trace analysis
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PPT, Project).
