Position: Artificial Intelligence Expert
Division/Department: R&D and AI
Location: Beijing

Your Responsibilities:

Artificial Intelligence(AI) is the enabler of “smart” features of connected vehicle services and applications. AI will be leveraged to discover traffic insights, customer insights and vehicle insights so as to enable predictive and personalized service experience.

· Support to define AI use cases in smart connected vehicle service areas such as Advanced Driving Assistance System / Autonomous Driving, mobility demand forecast, predictive maintenance, personalized recommendations.

· Identify enterprise AI technology and related models for AI directions with feasibility including both product-related projects, and also research(technology) projects.

· Collaborate/communicate effectively with product owners representing different product lines.

· Play a key role in deciding technologies and tech standards for development, testing, deployment of AI/machine learning models.

· Based on the overall AI roadmap, lead technologies evaluation and selection for AI requirements

· Design and Develop scalable solutions using AI tools , ML model and algorithms to showcase AI concept of the defined use cases

· Support to integrate the AI model and algorithms into services and applications

· For a AI project define AI features, algorithm and conduct model training and evaluation.

· Lead development AI POC for potential innovation and use cases using AI technologies

Our Requirements:

· Master’s/ doctoral degree students in Computer Science, Automation, Mathematics

· Concrete research and development experience in one of following AI related areas, e.g. spatial temperal analyiss, computer vision, deep learning, speech recognition, recommendation system, natural language understanding.

· AI research and development experience in leading IT and Internet companies

· Experience of applying AI technologies in solving business problem and enabling business optimization

· AI application experience in analyzing geographic, time-series sensor data

· Software development skills using popular programming models and tools, e.g. Java, Python(tf,tf-lite, sklearn, genism and etc), R, Spark, , Caffe

· Expert knowledge of deep learning algorithms as well as major ML and chatbot libraries

· Have Strong experience and skill for model integrate with AI platform, big data and support the integrate, test, tunning and monitoring the models.

· Deep knowledge of the data science and data engineering aspects of an ML deployment

· Deep AI knowledge of deployment design and AI platform of GPU, runtime, on board (mobile) computing is prefered

· Ability to think conceptually with hands-on working ability

· Drive for results

· Ability to work in a multi-cultural team

· Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
