Conduct functional proposals studies for all Human-Machine Interfaces in the car (Cluster, Infotainment Display and physical controls) in terms of position of displays and controls in the cockpit, definition of functions for the different interaction modalities with the displays, definition of information strategies inside the displays (information tree), in accordance with Vehicle Attribute Profile

Define targets and manage the convergence process for HMI topics within vehicles projects

Conduct Ergonomics subjective assessment sessions for HMI topics in accordance with CTCS Product Development Process (PDP): protocol definition, evaluation conducting, data analysis, mitigation and trade-offs proposals, reporting within Project Steering Committees

Perform continuous benchmarking process on HMI innovations & trends: competitors cars identification, action plan & planning definition in accordance with PDP

Define innovative user interactions which result in an enhanced user experience, make sure that the workflow reflects the customer's needs and ensure consistency among features

Develop and maintain design prototypes, wireframe, specifications and other documents with adherence to brand guidelines

Review existing UX performance and lead the improvement & Optimization where necessary

At least Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, HCI(Human Computer Interaction), Design Research, or Related Field

3 years or above relevant experience on Human-Machine Interfaces creation and development (software, websites or consumer products development with a major HMI content, …)

An experience in 3rd party resources management would be a plus
