Our newest innovation, Kinect, has sold more than 20 million units in 38 countries since its launch in November 2010. The IEB Security Team is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Security in a growing worldwide business that is transforming the world of connected entertainment. The successful candidate will be IEB Security Team’s liaison to company, partner, and vendor facilities in the Asia-Pacific region, and will play a vital and wide-ranging role supporting their secure operation. He or she will drive high-visibility projects to improve both physical and information security in manufacturing, repair and refurbishment, and destruction facilities throughout the region, as well as providing operational security support to these facilities as needed.
This role requires skills that span multiple disciplines. The program management aspects of this role will require excellent skills at organizing, planning, and delivering complex projects with many stakeholders at a variety of organizational levels. The security aspects will require subject matter expertise in both physical and IT security as implemented in a manufacturing setting, including but not limited to confidentiality and access control. As IEB Security’s representative in the Asia-Pacific region, the successful candidate will have excellent judgment, the ability to work autonomously, and be able to manage a dynamic workload.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to organize, plan and carry out complex assignments with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work extremely well under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach.
- Team player with proven ability to work effectively with other business units, security management and staff, vendors and consultants.
- 5-7 years of industry experience in physical security, including facility and personnel security.
- 3 or more years of industry experience in IT security, including network and host security.
- Experience in SCADA and other manufacturing systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including short-notice travel.
- Exemplary interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to assemble, document, and present complex information to leadership.
- Experience in a mid- to large-sized global organization, particularly in a manufacturing sector.
- CPP or CISSP preferred.
- This position is based at Microsoft’s Hong Kong offices.
