Principal Accountabilities
1) Comply with the regulation of local and destination country Customs and other government requirements;
2) 3PL management
3) Provide inputs to optimize Logistic procedures, work flow and cost
4) Deliver various projects on logistics and warehosue optimization, export gap closure etcs
5) Communicate with GZ Customs, CIQ and other government department closely and keep good relationship with them.
Nature & Scope
1. Import and export cost control and team up with planner and customs service to receive and send out the goods timely and effectively.
2. State Administration of Foreign Exchange ( SAFE ) .
3. China Entry-Exit Inspection And Quarantine ( CIQ ) management.
4. International transportation, Import and export agencys management.
5. International logistics route and cost optimization.
6.Communicate with government departments, establish& keep good relations.
7. Deliver various projects on logistics and warehosue optimization, export gap closure etcs
8. Handle special cases with GZ Customs, CIQ and other government department

Key Qualifications
1）1年以上国际贸易业务，商务单证，跟单工作经验
2）熟悉贸促会，海关，商检，外汇核销有关法律法规及流程并有实际运作工作经验
3）本科以上学历, 主修国际贸易或物流, 英语6级以上，读写优秀，口语能作为工作语言
4) 熟练使用MS office 软件
5) 海关，商检，外汇核销沟通能力强, 以结果为导向
6） 熟悉国内物流运作, 仓库运作
7） 报关员证
8） 商检员证
