Responsibilities：

• Consolidate, analyse and interpret data to provide meaningful results

• Administer C&B and Performance Development related programs

• Act as a coordinator of PD system (Open PD) of China Firm and handle daily queries

• Update and maintain wider HR policies in line with best practice and the needs of the KPMG business

• Provide support for regular and ad-hoc projects

Experience：

• Ideally an HR / Business / Statistics related degree

• A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills

• Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Good English verbal and written communication skills are essential
