? Develop and manage local Dealers, work with Dealers to develop DRiV parts business.

? Communicate with Dealer about the commercial policy to develop new business opportunity.

? Supports Dealers to deliver outstanding customer service and getting involved in providing solution on complex or important customer issues 

? Work with Dealers to review data on Aftersales customer satisfaction

? Coach and support Dealers to develop the capability and performance of their teams; Ensure that the Dealers meet the requirements of DRiV competency and training. 

? Work with DRiV Product Managers and Marketing managers to develop DRiV parts brand into workshop

任职要求：

? College degree or equal education background.

? Min 5 years sales experience in auto parts or equal field.

? Good communication skill and have ability to develop new customers

? Positive working attitude and willing to work under pressure

? Has team management experience preferred
