1. Attendance record management.

2. Calculate monthly salary and social fund ,house fund ,etc.

3. Check and confirm the annual leave and paid sick leave quota in the E-approval system.

4. Confirm the social insurance and housing status with CIIC.

5. Caculate the monthly Compensation for the plant as well as calculate and settle the employee leave balance and remaining salary

6. Caculate the termination compensation in accordance with the PRC labor law.

7. Collect the monthly IIT payment certificate from the local tax bureau.

8. Ensure the payroll data is correctly maintained in the HR System.

9. Complete the monthly report on time.

10. New shop-floor performance bonus system implementation and KPI calculation for plant employee annual bonus.

11. Salary survey and submit government statistical report .

12. Support for HR related audit ,include social insurance ，IIT legal license,etc.

13. Take part in other HR related projects.

14. Other related HR affairs and other tasks assigned by superior.

任职资格：

1. Diploma/junior colleague and above,

2. Major in HR, business administration

3. 3-5 years working experience in HR C&B functional;

4. Work experience in international machinery industry is preferred;

5. Fluent in written and oral English;

6. Good in Microsoft office, especially excel and PPT;

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

8. Good team player;

9. Good execution and implementation

10. Self-organize and good at prioritize.
