1． In charge office front dest. Welcome and receive visitors politely;

负责前台工作,礼貌地接待来访客人；

2．Prepare meeting rooms in advance, offer tea or water to visitors, clean the meeting rooms after the meetings;

会议前布置会议桌，招待客人茶水，会后整理会议室；

3．Screen all the incoming calls and transfer to different departments;

接听所有来电并进行筛选，转接给不同的部门；

4．Receive fax and distribute to different departments and copy to the related persons;

接收传真，分发给不同的部门以及需要复印抄送的人员；

5．Order stationeries, register the inventory, distribute to the applicants, prepare the monthly inventory and copy to Accounting;

订购办公用品，登记入库，做好领用登记，月末盘点，向财务部递交库存表；

6．Familiar with office equipment, change spare parts in time, keep the cleanness of the machine room;

熟练使用办公设备，及时添加或更换易耗品，保持设备间的清洁等；

7．Add cash into meal cards for all colleagues in time, coordinate on refund of meal cards;

按时给员工的餐卡进行冲值，以及协调退卡工作；

8．Fetch newspaper, letters, distribute to different departments;

每天取报、信件并通知各部门领取；

9．Receive and distribute the couriers and mails, and its registration;

做好快递接收、分发、邮寄的登记；

10. Arrange the logistics of admin department and part of filing;

做好办公室的后勤工作及部分文档整理工作；

11. Complete other tasks from company leaders.

完成公司领导交办的其他工作任务。

JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求

1.  about in 1.65m height, 21 age, nice looking, quick in response, tidy and diligent;

      身高1.65米左右，24-35岁，品貌端庄，思惟敏捷，整洁勤快；

2. College level in education;

大专以上学历；

3. Good at communication, coordination and literature;

具备较强的沟通、协调能力及文字组织能力；

4. Good at office software, good in English writing, speaking, listening and reading, good at typing.

      熟练运用Office系统软件，有一定的英文听、说、读、写能力及较快的打字速度。
