岗位概要/基本工作职能: Key Performance Area / Key Job responsibility

This role is responsible for auditing ingredient and packaging suppliers or ESC locations to ensure the food safety, regulatory compliance and quality of General Mills' ingredients and products.

• About 60%-70% need travel, focus on:
• Implement annual audit plan, follow up team and personal priorities.
• Be qualified on the requirements of JTA, onboarding and auditor skills continuum.
• Support Deep management program and non-conforming quality improving works on high-risk suppliers and ESC locations as well; coach and help suppliers to improve continuously
• Become an expert in a specific platform and ingredient or packaging category.
• Be qualified on food safety risk evaluation and reduction activities and report as well.
• ESC location routine management, risk reduction and food safety and quality system and performance maintenance.
• About 30%-40% at office, focus on:
• Continuous improvement efforts with internal team and external partners to reduce risks and improve product quality; set up influential meetings and discussions as a kind of category regional leader.
• Risk assessments and root cause analysis and report activities from supplier and market.
• Internal routine system and supplier database maintenance.
• Continuous improvement efforts with internal team on supplier system and manual.
• Updates supplier database after auditing.

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

- Food engineering or relevant educational background.

- Basic Continuous Improvement Knowledge.

- Potential ability and flexibility to travel >50% of the time on audit.

- Fluent English and experienced office software skills are required.

- Certificated HACCP external auditor experience will be plus.

- Plant quality experiences on agricultural, dairy and fruit products will be plus.
