岗位职责

1. 根据公司业务发展需要，拓展收付款相关金融合作机构和银行渠道，负责从商务谈判到实施上线的全流程管理；

2. 透彻了解业务需求，在外部渠道和内部相关部门间准确传递信息，确保实施方案可执行并符合战略预期；

3. 管理全球收付款渠道团队，协调各方关系，根据公司业务需要，确保与金融机构的合作项目按计划上；

4. 协同组织内外部资源确保渠道合作按计划交付；

5. 协同内外部合作机构高层关系，出席相关会议或活动，展示和宣传公司品牌形象；

任职资格

1. 本科以上学历，有8年以上工作经验，5年及以上支付行业从业经验，有海外国际银行或第三方跨境支付公司工作经验优先；

2. 业务敏感度高，能适应快速变化的业务领域；

3. 具备良好的沟通谈判能力，能快速有效建立人脉关系；

4. 良好的英语听说读写能力；

5. 逻辑思维能力强，工作严谨，耐心细致，计划性强，责任心强。

Responsibilities

1. Establish new/strategic Collection and payment channel partnership with various payment service providers and banks; manage end to end process from negotiation to implementation;

2. Sound understanding of business needs and focus, ability to clearly articulate those needs to partners and relay partner requirement back to business in a timely manner to ensure the correct controls and monitoring system are put in place. Ensuring all solutions are strategic and feasible.

3. Manage the Payment & Collection team, coordinate the relationships between all parties, and ensure cooperation projects with financial companies go online as planned according to company's business plan.

4. Coordinate between internal and external stakeholder to ensure projects/programs with channel partners are delivered according to plan;

5. Develop and maintain the brand image and partner relationship utilizing the high-level relationship of internal and external partners.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years working experience, including 5+ years in cross-border payment and overseas bank partners;

2. Agile, ability to work and adapt in fast changing environment;

3. Good communication and negotiation skills; ability to communicate efficiently to different stakeholders;

4. Good at English both oral and written, fluent in Chinese and English switching is preferred;

5. Logical thinker, self starter, accountability and persistence to deliver, commercial mindset to be able to prioritizes work in a strategic manner.
