工作内容职责(Tasks)：

    

                     

    

1. 确保按生产计划准时完成最优化的模具加工程序; Ensure that the most optimized mold Programing process is completed on time

    

    

1. 确保CAM编程的效率和准确性; Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of CAM programming
2. 严格遵守公司，部门所有的规章，安全，工艺流程制度; Strict compliance with all company and department regulations, safety, standard operation procedures
3. 积极服从并完成公司和上级交代的工作任务; Actively follow supervisor and company’s order do complete the tasks
4. 确保所有的图档，程序单等文档，都是正确一致，受控管理; Ensure that all documents, programs, etc. are properly consistent and managed under control
5. 积极配合其他同事的工作和车间CNC 组加工程序的问题解决; Active supporting work with our colleagues and the trouble shooting of Manufacture CAM for our CNC groups
6. 支持资深编程员对于初级编程员的培训工作Supporting the Senior CAM programmer for junior CAM programmer Training

    

    

1. 确保负责区域的整洁Ensure order and cleanliness in assigned area of responsibility

    

    

学历经验要求(education)：

    

·        中专以上学历，模具设计，机械制造，工业自动化等相关专业; Min Graduation of an     technical metal education (mold design, Mechanical Manufacture Auto motion industry  technical high school)

2. 3年以上的加工中心编程经验，熟知会编写5轴加工程序优先; More than 3 years of machining center programming experience, familiar with CNC CAM programs .  5-axis CNC CAM programs will be advanced
3. 日常工作英语读写能力优先; Basic Verbal English ability and advanced reading  and written abilities will be advanced

                

    

    

技能要求(skills)：

2. 熟悉 MS Office、出色的 CAD 和 3D 软件 UG 或类似; Familiar with MS Office，excellent CAD and 3D software UG or similar
3. 良好沟通和时间管理能力；Good  communication and time management skills
4. 熟知模具加工工艺流程,模具机械加工最有效率的切削和各类加工刀具功能及选定; Familiar with the mold machining process, the most efficient cutting method and all types of cutting tools functions and selection of cutting tools
5. 良好的现场问题解决能力; Good on-site problem solving
6. 工作灵活独立，在压力下，责任心强，团队合作;Can work flexible and independently ,and under pressure, Strong responsibility, Team work
