SUMMARY:

岗位概述：

Interpret Renewal and/or Inception Reinsurance Programs, assisting with the Setup of these programs in the relevant system and the preparation of reinsurance premium payments.

Responsible for ensuring all Reinsurance Deals are correctly Set up within our systems, making the payments to Reinsurers, delivering bordereaux in respect of the Reinsurance deals and the credit control activity related to this, along with queries that result from the deals/bordereaux

KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

主要工作职责：

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of relevant systems, products, processes and procedures in order to provide a first class experience for Customers (both internal and external)

• Ensure all reports are delivered in line with the monthly/quarterly deadlines and the appropriate stakeholders are advised.

• Work with Head of Reinsurance Operations to ensure that all reports are fit for purpose and all opportunities to streamline have been investigated

• 协助再保险运营负责人确保所有报告适合其目的，并探寻简化流程的机会

• Ensures setup of the program is in the relevant system and it’s alignment with the reinsurance structure

• 确保再保险项目结构正确并及时地建立至相关系统

• Checks setup correctness to ensure quality is to a high standard, during Set Up process or when preparing the bordereaux/invoice

• 检查系统建立的正确性，确保在系统建立及账单、报告准备过程中执行高标准

• Prepare premium payment and instruct relevant party to conduct payment and clear ledgers.

• 准备保险费支付，并指示相关方进行相应的支付和账务清理

• Proactively escalate any problems and issues to the respective Account Manager, Underwriter and Underwriting Services.

• 及时将出现的问题反馈至相关的客户经理、核保人及核保服务

• Have responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of relevant bordereaux to the customer, broker and reinsurer.

• 负责精确及时向客户、经纪人及再保险人递交相关账单

• Have responsibility for the timely claims recovery from the Captives & FAC and clearance of Ledgers where appropriate.

• 在有需要的时候负责及时摊回自保及临分摊回赔款，并进行帐簿清理

• Communicate with supervisors, reinsurers, customers and representatives from other departments (e.g., Claims, Actuarial, Finance).

• 与再保险人、客户和其他部门代表进行沟通，如理赔、精算、财务等

• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete calculations, recording, reporting and billing of reinsurance losses and/or premium, in accordance with contract terms and department standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

资历要求：

2 or more years of experience in related field with bachelor degree.

大学本科及以上学历，有2年及以上相关领域工作经验。

Knowledge of Reinsurance - Proficiency Level Intermediate

熟练掌握再保基本知识

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
