1. Setting quality standards and related quality system documentation and control of implementation to ensure the product quality meet company policy, customer and related regulatory requirements.
2. To establish, implement and improve quality management system. Report the quality performance and any improvement request to the top management and ensure the integrity of the quality management system.
3. Determine the quality policy and objectives
4. Organize internal qualty audit, initiate & participate in the management review
5. In charge of customer / external audit and followup.
6. To handle customer complaint, communicate with customer and related issues. Manage CAPA / NCRs and drive for closure / improvements.
7. Manage the document control system and process
8. Manage and control the ESD effectiveness in the shopfloor
9. Other duties assigned by management

Qualification:

1. Bachelor or above
2. Above 5 years related work experience
3. Familiar and proficient in ISO9000/ISO14000/ISO13485, hands on experience related with medical device manufacturing preferred
4. Proficent in other quality system like TS16949, TL9000, AS9000, etc are preferred
5. Excellent communicaiton skillset
6. Fluent oral / written English
