1.执行公司技术发展规划；

2.实施咨询项目及环境修复治理工程类项目的技术工作，以及项目市场开拓所需的技术支持工作;

3.负责技术方案编制、工艺设计、参数确定等任务，以及对技术方面工作的质量、进度和成本负责；

4.负责项目招投标的技术标相关工作，以及方案编制、供应商评估、技术相关文件准备，图件制作等工作，包括相关环评文件总稿汇编及文字、表格、图件审查；

5.负责工程项目的技术支持工作，包括技术/装备应用和创新，参与外部技术研究和引进任务；

6.参与公司内外部的技术交流工作，参与与外部专家、政府主管部门及合作方等机构的关系维护；

7.负责公司科研、技术创新、课题实施等相关工作；

8.完成公司交办的其他工作。

1. Implement the company's technology development plan;

2. Implement the technical work of consulting projects and environmental remediation projects, as well as the technical support required for project market development;

3. Responsible for the preparation of technical scheme, process design, parameter determination and other tasks, as well as the quality, progress and cost of technical work;

4. Responsible for the technical bid related work of the project bidding, as well as the scheme preparation, supplier evaluation, technical related document preparation, drawing production, etc., including the compilation of relevant EIA documents and the review of words, forms and drawings;

5. Be responsible for technical support of engineering projects, including technology / equipment application and innovation, and participate in external technology research and introduction tasks;

6. Participate in the internal and external technical exchange of the company, and maintain the relationship with external experts, government departments and partners;

7. Responsible for the company's scientific research, technological innovation, project implementation and other related work;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

任职要求：

1.本科或以上学历，环境工程等相关专业背景，优先考虑具有环保高级以上职称人员或建造师资格；

2.具有4年以上相关行业工作经验，具有2年以上团队管理经验，具有较强的管理能力以及良好的沟通协调组织能力；

3.熟悉国内修复行业的相关法规、政策及技术规范，掌握国内普遍应用的调查评估方法，修复技术工艺、实施流程及工程应用等；

4.具有较强的动手能力和实践能力，有比较丰富的场地调查评估及修复系统设计的经验和出色的现场问题解决能力；

5.掌握使用基本工程制图软件（如 AutoCAD）及其他相关应用软件；

6.具备吃苦耐劳的精神，并能够适应出差；

7. 有较好的英文表达能力，能用英文进行日常的阅读和书写。

1. Bachelor degree or above, environmental engineering or other related professional background, priority is given to personnel with senior title of environmental protection or construction engineer qualification;

2. More than 4 years of working experience in related industries, more than 2 years of team management experience, strong management ability and good communication, coordination and organization ability;

3. Be familiar with the relevant regulations, policies and technical specifications of domestic repair industry, master the investigation and evaluation methods commonly used in China, repair technology process, implementation process and engineering application, etc;

4. Strong hands-on ability and practical ability, rich experience in site investigation and evaluation and repair system design, and excellent on-site problem solving ability;

5. Master the use of basic engineering drawing software (such as AutoCAD) and other related application software;

6. Have the spirit of hard work, and be able to adapt to business trip;

7. Good command of English, able to read and write in English.
