In this position, the engineer will be in charge of the design and life cycle of piezoelectric device. Suitable candidates will have experience with design and development of piezoelectric materials and device, such as piezoelectric components, transducers and actuators, etc. made from ceramics, crystals and polymers, etc, and will be in charge of the product development from new product idea, through development, all the way to manufacturing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

职责描述

1.Design and develop piezoelectric devices. From concept design, prototyping, final product design, all the way through pilot manufacturing.

设计并开发压电产品，从概念设计、样机制作和成品设计到小批量试生产

2.Setup measurement system and test the parameters related to the new prototype and products or the properties demanded by the customer.

负责搭建测试系统，测试新概念样品或产品相关的参数或客户要求的性能指标

3.Developing test procedures, assist in writing user manuals, and training manufacturing and service personnel for transition of products from research and development to manufacturing.

制定测试流程，协助编写用户手册、对生产人员及售前售后服务人员进行培训，确保产品从研发到生产的顺利过渡

JOB REQUIREMENTS

职位要求

1. A master or doctor degree in materials, mechanics or equivalent

材料学, 机械学或相关领域的硕士或博士学位

2. Experiences on piezoelectric actuator design or other relative piezoelectric device design

具有压电致动器设计或者其他相关压电器件设计经验

3. Background on piezoelectricity and piezoelectric material, such as ceramics, crystals, and polymer

对压电学及压电材料有相关知识背景，如压电陶瓷，压电单晶和压电聚合物

4. Practical experience working with the equipment for manufacturing, analyzing and testing the piezo ceramics.

具备相关设备的实际操作经验（制造、分析和测试压电陶瓷的设备）

5. Appreciation of the photonics market sector and associated motion control products.

对光电市场行业和相关运动控制产品感兴趣

6. Basic English communication skills, reading and writing.

7. Strong ability of communication and execution
