FABERNOVEL is looking for a motivated and talented Strategic Marketing & Communication Executive to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic marketing

-Participate in the co-conception of strategic topics and lead the creation of the marketing calendar with initiatives supporting strategic topics

-Coordinate internal resources, lead the execution of the marketing calendar, and ensure the quality delivery that brings business impact

-support the publication of quarterly mini studies and support the following business development activities

-organize private events on specific topics for our clients and identified targets

-organize open webinars according to strategic topics

-Identify and qualify public engagement initiatives for the company and support the organization of public speaking engagements.

-Constantly synchronize with HQ communication team for strategic marketing topics to ensure consistency

Explore creative ways to increase the awareness of the company across different industries and among different clients.

Corporate communication

-Participate in the creation of corporate communication strategy in line with our strategic topics, including

content planning, channel strategy and any initiatives that can help us fulfill the key objectives (outreach & lead generation; activation and conversion)

-Ensure a successful execution of communication strategy, including

-coordinating with all departments to produce high-quality content and receive the relevant assets in a timely manner.

-Coordinating with global teams to exchange content.

-Writing articles, gather material, adapt content to specific needs and do the quality control

-Manage different marketing channels of the company and ensure timely updates and follow up:

-Posting content to our WeChat official account, two LinkedIn accounts, Asia website, Hubspot and potentially additional channels.

-Working on the community management of the followers on different channels-

-Analyze the performance of our communication on different channel and make recommendations for improvement, include

-Weekly checkpoint with the core team to identify quick adjustment and test

Monthly progress reporting to management

Ideal profile:

-Chinese native preferred, fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must

-Master’s degree preferred, and overseas education experience a plus

-1-2 years of working experience in related industry/function

-Familiar with WeChat backend, Linkedin, Wordpress

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and google suites

-Demonstrate autonomy, curiosity and proactivity

-Open minded, eager to learn and strive to perform

-Excellent time management skills

-Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
