岗位职责：
Job Description
1、 独立负责非标工业机械类产品的设计工作，包括三维建模，载荷计算，平面加工图、BOM表等；Independently responsible for the design of non-standard industrial machinery products, including three-dimensional modeling, load calculation, plane processing drawings, BOM tables, etc.;
2、 制定详细的项目计划，并在项目设计和生产过程中进行跟踪和控制；
Develop a detailed project plan, and track and control during the project design and production process;
3、 跟踪项目执行过程中出现的问题，协调跨部门人员在规定的时间内完成，保证项目按时间节点顺利实施；Track the problems in the project implementation process, coordinate cross-departmental personnel to complete within the specified time, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project according to the time node;
4、 负责解决设备生产过程中可能出现的技术问题；
Responsible for solving the technical problems that may occur in the equipment production process;
5、 负责和客户协调沟通与项目有关的相关技术问题并根据客户要求，定期向客户报告项目进展状况；Responsible for coordinating and communicating with customers on technical issues related to the project, and regularly reporting project progress to customers according to customer requirements;
6、 完成公司领导指派的其他任务。

岗位要求：
Job Requirements：
1、 本科及以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化或其他机械相关专业毕业，名校毕业生优先考虑；
Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design, mechatronics or other mechanical related majors, famous college graduates are preferred;
2、 有5年以上机械行业或工业设备制造业工作经验者优先考虑；
More than 5 years of working experience in the machinery industry or industrial equipment manufacturing industry is preferred;
3、 熟练使用AUTOCAD和SolidWorks等设计软件；
Proficiency in using design software such as AUTOCAD and SolidWorks;
4、 熟练使用各类办公软件和ERP软件；
Proficiency in using various office software and ERP software;
5、 熟悉各类钣金零件加工工艺；
Familiar with the processing technology of various sheet metal parts;
6、 具有勤奋、敬业、团队合作精神，具有较强的沟通能力；
Have the spirit of diligence, dedication, teamwork, and strong communication skills;
7、 英语水平良好。
