Business development 

1.     Creating the road map and business e-commerce product and solutions
2.     Acts as one point of contact for e-commerce biz issues, aligns between BU projects and priorities
3.     Initiating innovation, while working in an interface with relevant e-commerce platforms. 

Project management 

1.     Centralize, monitoring, and promoting e-commerce biz services.
2.     Act as a central interface between business development and sales and CS team. 

Sales Management

1.     Achieve local office targets.
2.     Monitor booking and loading situation of all sailings.
3.     Monitor and measure AO performance.

Analysis & reports

1.     Analysis for e-commerce biz management - platform performance, products, customer behavior, error analysis, e-biz MKT report and more.

Implementation

1.     Integration of digital solutions and new products.
2.     Centralize, define customer needs and monitor performance and effectiveness.
3.     Marketing as part of new product launch.
4.     Conservation and Improving service Performance

Requirements:

·        Academic degree in Marketing, E-commerce and/or Digital transformation management.

·        Proven experience in digital transformation field(commercial part), e-commerce project management experience is a must.

·        Proven experience in management and working with senior executives.

·        Strong affinity to the world of e-commerce biz technology.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and interfaces in parallel.

·        Experience with global e-commerce platform enterprise organization, such as e-bay/Amazon or local e-commerce leaders.

·        Fluent both in Chinese & English.
