一、工作职责

Responsibilities:

负责模拟电路测试程序开发。

-Be responsible for developing and implementing automated production test solutions for power management IC;

具备与designer沟通的能力。

-Working with designers on the design for test during the silicon design stage.

设计和制作测试治具以及开发测试程序。

-Design the ATE evaluation hardware and develop the software.

负责产品的导入及正常量产。

Directly cooperate with manufacturing on the test program transferring to release product on time.

帮助生产提高产品测试能力，提高测试生产效率。

Be responsible to enhance the product manufacturability and testability in the highly creative engineering environment.

具备良好的测试开发指导和培训能力

Be able to coach junior test engineer to do test development from remote site.

二、岗位要求

Job Requirements

教育背景

Education Background

大学本科或以上学历，电子/电气工程、半导体器件物理及相关专业

Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering or Semiconductor related

工作经验

Working Experience

至少4年半导体行业相关工作经验

Minimum of 4 years experience in semiconductor industry related

培训经历

Training Experience

集成电路、半导体封装测试流程相关培训

IC product and semiconductor assembly and test process related.

专业技能

Specialized Skill

熟悉模拟、数字芯片电路及产品知识，C++

Proven knowledge of electronic circuits and IC product engineering knowledge required, C++.

良好的项目管理和沟通能力

Good project management and communication skill.

熟悉半导体工艺流程及半导体物理者优先

Knowledge of analog IC manufacturing process and physics of semiconductor are a plus.

熟悉ASL1000或者ETS 平台优先

Experienced in ASL1000 or ETS tester platform is a plus.
