职务说明书Job Description

工作内容Job Contents：

 协助设计主管规划项目方案，进行项目协调，明确有关具体工程项目的信息指标；

Assist design leader in plan, coordination, and information delivery.

       协助设计主管准备并绘制室内设计图和效果图；

Assist design leader in drawings and perspectives.

协助设计师编制相关工程报告、进度对比表等；

Assist designer in writing project report, schedule

协助设计师组织编制设计文件、图纸；

Assist designer in design drawings and documents

协助设计师编写设计说明书和图纸目录；

Assist designer in writing design introduction and drawing catalog

       协助设计主管在项目进行期间的现场指导，确保项目符合室内设计计划书； 

       Assist design leader in site supervision, and ensure the construction in line with the plan.

出席工程施工协调会；

Attend site service meetings

配合现场施工、质量检验、竣工验收、设计回访及设计技术总结工作；

       Cooperate with construction, quality checking, acceptance check, design return visit and other technical sum-up works

按时并保质保量绘制施工图纸；

Complete high-quality drawings of construction documentation, and submit on time.

依实际工作时间填写公司制式工时表并准时提交项目管理负责人。

       Complete the work timesheet according to the actual work time and hand it over to PM in time;

任职资格Qualifications：

年龄 Age:

25 岁及以上。

25 years or up

教育背景Education Background：

室内设计专业专科以上学历。

Degree or above of interior design

工作经验Work Experience：

3年以上室内设计工作经验。3 year+ Interior Design experience

酒店设计行业施工图背景优先。Hotel design background is preferred.

工作态度Work Attitude：

责任心强、吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力；

Self-motivated, hard-working, able to work under pressure;

具有良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神；

With professionalism and teamwork;

有较强的沟通、协调能力，有职业道德；

Strong ability in communication, coordinated, and work ethics

服从公司的工作安排及调整，项目必要时需延长工作时间

    Obey the company’s arrangement and OT if necessary.

技能技巧Skills:

熟练使用AutoCAD制图、3Ds max 、Photoshop, PowerPoint等软件。 

Good command of AutoCAD, 3Ds max, Photoshop and PowerPoint etc.

熟练的施工图绘制能力。 

Strong ability of CD drawings.

全面掌握室内设计相关知识。 

Good knowledge of interior design and related.

熟悉国内外室内设计行业的***。

Familiar with new technology of interior design industry.

有良好的现场勘测能力、对设计方案的调整能力。

Good ability of site investigation and ability of plan modification.

熟悉各类工程室内工艺及施工过程中的安全知识。

Good security knowledge of interior technique and construction.

能够按照领导主管的具体要求和指导原则规定。

Ability to follow specific requirements and guidelines set forth by Managers and Leaders.

与团队成员和主管领导进行有效沟通的能力。

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and managers.
