Job Description

  

The order processor is a key coordinator of all functions related to Purchase Orders. The success order processor demonstrates team work, excellent communications and amazing customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

  

Job Title: Order Processor

  

Job Function

  

  

1. The Order processor is responsible for issuing PI/ PO/OC in B1.

  

2. The order processor is responsible for issuing PO’s to vendors and tracking status of the POs；

  

3. Production & delivery responsibility: Manage production scheduling to ensure delivery dates are met according to PO requirements; coordinate between Sales Specialist and vendor, report any production scheduling change to sales specialist, recommend proper solutions where necessary

  

4. Inspection coordination: coordinate between Quality Team Supervisor, Sales or Sourcing Specialist and vendor for inspection scheduling, follow up with vendor in Corrective Action Execution, report to Sales or Sourcing manager for any failed inspection for further instruction; Inspection includes Sample Inspection, Pre-shipment Inspection and other inspection required by Sales or Sourcing manager

  

5. Booking / Delivery Coordination: coordinate between vendor and logistics team to ensure delivery and booking is executed timely and accurately

  

6. Settlement coordination: coordinate with finance team and vendor to settle payment, fill in Payment Request for payment application to the finance team

  

7. Other ad-hoc assignments.

  

  

Job Requirement

  

1. Education major in International Trading or International logistics

  

2. Minimum 1-2 years International Trading working experience

  

3. Good communication experience with different vendors

  

4. Problem solving, good negotiation and customer service mind-set

  

5. Positive and outgoing, good team member

  

6. Good in written English with proper spoken English capability in the relevant service experience

  

7. Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, experience in SAP B1 or similar ERP system is a plus4.

  

8. Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the Company from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position and work capabilities.
