RDC Analyst (Inbound) 物流分析

  

Support all inbound operation for Ace International Global RDC in Ningbo. Manage and streamline 3PL’s inbound process to maximum efficiency. Training and guide all RDC vendors for inbound customs and delivery process, stay on inflow purchases orders’ status and ensure all in stock in best performance. Handle all OSD cases with all necessary parties properly, create and conduct necessary analysis on vendor’s inbound performance and execute the improvement measures along the plan step by step.  

  

 

  

Job Function

  

 

  

l  Place replenishment orders with vendor, with prior approval from ACE Buyers.

  

l  Create and expedite purchase order(s) through to receipt.

  

l  Work with vendors to resolve service problems.

  

l  Monitor vendor performance evaluation, including on-time delivery and conformity to product and packaging requirements.

  

l  Monitor 3PL performance

  

l  Observe delivery and loading of containers in the BLP

  

l  Report on inventory balances at any time.

  

l  Be able to quantify ‘lost sale’.

  

l  Be able to report on Cost of Goods Sold for shipments out of the warehouse.

  

l  Ability to perform tasks to complete job as required, where not otherwise specified in this list.

  

 

  

Job Requirement

  

 

  

l   Person must be highly analytical, multi-task orientated, self-motivated and posse strong follow-through skills.

  

l   College degree or equivalent 

  

l   Excellent problem solving, communication interpersonal, negotiation skills and customer service mind-set.

  

l   Friendly positive attitude, independent, pleasant personality, self motivate, good team spirit and positive thinker.

  

l   Willing to take challenge and work under pressure.

  

l   Proficient in both oral and written English

  

l   Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and so on
