1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries on products, order issue through email, live-chat and call channels.

2. Handle and resolve customer’s complaints, providing superior customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Assist to manage the overseas customer service team, including daily work arrangement, quality assessment, data analysis, etc.

4. Work cross-functionality through gathering feedback and collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience

5. Other jobs assigned by the department head.

1. 及时处理客户问题，通过邮件、chat、电话等多渠道帮忙客人解决产品和订单相关问题

2. 处理客户投诉，帮忙客人解决问题已避免客户投诉和提高客户满意度

3. 协助部门领导管理海外团队，包括日常工作安排，质检监控，以及必要的数据分析等。

4. 收集用户反馈，及时反馈给相关部门。跨部门沟通合作，不断改善客户体验。

5. 部门领导安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in business/English/International Trade will be a plus.

2. Native Chinese with English in a very high level (read, speech and written). Will require a daily communication with remote offices.

3. At least 2 years working experience related with Customer service, working experience in cross border eCommerce industry would be a plus.

4. Good awareness of customer satisfaction, have passion for helping customers and be able to stay calm under pressure

5. Attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving skills/analytical ability. Willing to learn。

6. Must be a Team Player with great inter-personal skills.

7. Can adapt to overseas working time if needed.

1. 本科学历及以上，英文相关专业优先。

2. 英语能力强，可以与客户、海外同事英语无障碍沟通。

3. 两年以上客户服务相关工作经验，跨境电商领域为佳。英语口语优秀者可放宽对经验的要求。

4. 良好的客户服务意识，热爱客服行业，能承受一定的工作压力。

5. 关注细节和效率，善于分析解决问题。乐于持续学习。

6. 善于团队合作，有良好的沟通技巧。

7. 如有需要能够适应部分海外工作时间。
