Job Description

To be responsible for implementation of marketing & promotion campaigns, third parties and tenants events management, sponsorship and sales promotion for the project

Major Responsibilities and Objectives

Working under the Promotion Team, to assist the Senior Marketing Officer / Assistant Manager to:

· Implement marketing & promotion campaigns

· Organise events and to coordinate with tenants, suppliers & internal parties

· Onsite promotion and advertising spaces management

Major Tasks and Activities

· Day-to-day management of tenants, third parties and project campaigns

· To coordinate with tenants, suppliers & internal parties

· Compile campaign analysis reports

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

· Degree in marketing or marketing-related discipline

· Minimum 2 years relevant experience in marketing & advertising; preferably in an international corporate environment; shopping centre marketing experience an advantage

· Creative, detail-oriented, independent, good communication & organisational skills and with good retail market sense

· Proficient in project management in terms of :

· Being focused on project objectives

· Writing concise and clear marketing/ promotions/ agency brief

· Maintenance of good supplier pool and relationship

· Time management & cost control

· Willing to work efficiently under pressure and irregular working hours

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

· Proficient PC & MS Office software knowledge

前滩太古里是太古地产在中国内地的第三个太古里项目，承袭了其独特的品牌基因，采用开放式、里巷交错的建筑布局。

项目与毗邻的甲级办公楼“前滩中心”及五星级豪华酒店“前滩香格里拉大酒店”共同构成一个商业综合体。
