Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Solution Introduction Engineer. You will plan and operate the software and hardware solutions for the internal Ericsson users. As a Solution Introduction Engineer, you will ensure a stable environment, optimize, verify and implement the new product solutions to the agreed service levels in a cost efficient and timely manner. Additional services required by the customer are handled on a case by case basis.

 

 

You will

·       Create cost effective solutions through activities in lab network design, planning and deployment

·       Configure and integrate nodes and solutions into networks (new and existing)

·       Maintain the environment of Mobile network at an operative state, this mobile network includes the 2G/3G/4G/5G

·       Contribute to continuous improvements in the organization

·       Provide the technical support handling and trouble shooting to internal and external customers.

 

 

To be successful in the role you must have

·       Minimum Bachelor Degree

·       Minimum 2 years of working experience

·       Domain experience such as Cloud infrastructure, IP network knowledge, Mobile RAN network experience, Linux knowledge

·       Knowledge of IT Processes, tools and infrastructure

 

 

Additional Requirements:

·       Being able to handle Ericsson propriety equipment and equipment from other vendors.

·       Understanding of different Software operating systems.

·       Like to grasp more skills and build up multi-competence.

·       Brave to take challenge and take more responsibility.

·       Be able to read and write Japanese is preferred.
