Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a strategic product manager that will have proven experience in management system design and solution. An expert must have good knowledge of working on Enterprise UX design, software architecture, and ICT management experience. As Strategic Product Manager, you will handle product(s) from strategy to end of life. Exceeding expectations from the market and improving profitability when appropriate, working to build new revenue streams, considering dependencies, internal alignment and prioritizations within Ericsson.

 

You will

• Be passionate about performing requirements gathering, analysis, designing, and coordinate with other teams to meet business requirements.
• Be responsible for Management system (OBS/BOSS) UX design, deep discussion with CSP customer and enterprise user OBS requirement especially focus on BSS part
• Be a BOSS domain expert consultation to end-users and provide coordination and continuity to the customer. Drive pre-sales activities, produce solution maps and documents and Statement of Work
• Drive feasibility studies, network impact reports and test strategies for green field deployments, upgrades, expansions and migrations
• Act for all End to End solution engagements towards the customer and the Market Area teams
• Establish thought leadership through delivering customer presentations

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

• More than 5 years experienced with User Experience, Element Management System and Service Assurance solution
• Fluent oral English and can be used as working language for communication. Successful experience overseas is preferred
• Solid knowledge of Telco Systems, Technologies & Standards
• Good background knowledge of CRM/Billing/ERP/BSS
• Strong team leading skills
• Great Soft skills - Communication and Presentation skills
