Responsibilities

1. Leading the technical feasibility analysis of Customer RFQ for acquisition projects and actively drive the technical communication with Customer to promote Hella Radar Product.

项目报价阶段，主导客户技术需求的可行性分析并积极主动的与客户对接沟通介绍海拉雷达产品的优势。

2. Capture, analyze and manage customer requirements with regards to technical aspects during all project running phase as the unique technical interface to external.

在项目运行阶段，作为对接客户的技术接口，收集，分析和管理客户的各种技术需求和反馈的问题。

3. Define System Requirements from the customer requirements in internal DOORS system.

在DOORS系统下，根据客户需求制定系统技术规范。

4. Close communication with the internal local & global project team and Customer to ensure Hella development outputs adapted to Customer expectation in each milestone and release.

内部本地和海外项目团队以及外部客户保持良好和紧密的沟通以确保每一阶段的开发进程和成熟度符合客户的期望。

5. Perform reviews of the various domain level specifications according to automotive V cycle process.

按照V model开发流程评审其他相关部门的技术规范。

6. Closely monitor and track Autonomous Driving related marketing trend, participate Radar related regulation and standards drafting, design new, flexible system designs/architectures for upcoming market needs.

持续关注自动驾驶行业的市场趋势，参与部分毫米波雷达相关的行业法规，国标的制定，设计开发具有创新，柔性架构特征的系统以满足未来市场的需求。

7. Leading and coordinating the root cause analysis with local & global team for the critical customer issues from the market with fast and efficient response and solutions.

主导和协调本地和海外技术团队快速有效地对市场反馈的技术问题进行根本原因分析并提出最优解决方案。

8. Leading new radar system design.

主导新雷达产品的系统开发。

9. Other job assigned by Department Manager

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or signal processing field.

电子电气或信号处理专业本科或以上学历。

2. At least 2 years relevant experience in mmWave radar, raw signal processing or tracking algorithm is preferred.

毫米波雷达行业2年以上研发经验，信号处理或者追踪算法经验的优先考虑。

3. Familiar with radar antenna design and related hardware knowledge.

熟悉雷达天线设计和相关硬件知识。

4. Familiar with radar chamber test and validation criteria.

熟悉雷达暗室测试和验证标准。

5. Good skills in English both writing and speaking.

英语熟练。

6. Good communication and coordination skills.

良好的沟通与协调技巧。

7. Self-motivated, Engineering thinking, responsibility.

能够自我激励；富有工程思维；有责任心。

8. Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOORS).

优先考虑有需求管理软件(如DOORS) 使用经验者。

9. Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred.

对V型开发模式有较好理解者优先考虑。

10. Knowledge of FUSA and Cybersecurity are preferred.

对有功能安全和网路安全经验的优先考虑。

11. Open mind and teamwork spirit.

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
