上海招聘

职责：

1、质量体系运作，安排组织公司管理评审，同时安排质量体系方面的工作，参与体系维护，监督相关记录的控制。

2、前期质量：负责项目前期质量策划管理工作，包括试生产结果分析，样件测试，检具制作、PPAP文件审核等。

3、监督项目前期试生产问题点汇总，分析及整改跟踪。

4、受理客户质量抱怨，质量信息反馈意见处理、对组织相关人员分析原因并制定纠正措施。

5、对每周对公司内部的过程质量汇总信息分析，跟踪、包括批量不良、严重不良及重复发生的问题等。

6、对供应商质量进行有效管控。

7、分配监督下级员工的工作，同时计划性安排下级员工的专业知识的提升。

8、完成上级安排的其他工作。’

要求：

1、大专以上学历，机械专业。

2、10年以上质量品质管理经验（汽车塑胶产品优先）

3、精通IATF16949/ISO9001/体系，精通产品测量。

4、具备产品图纸审核能力。

5、有较强沟通协调能力。
